Graduate Programmes

A life less ordinary......

There are always great things happening with P&O Cruises and Cunard that help make us Britain’s most successful cruise company. Being the best at what we do comes down to the people who work for us. As one of our graduates, you will be right at the heart of our exhilarating future and have a key role in ensuring that we continue to be the best. Our programmes will not only challenge you, but will also enable you to search out your potential and build a career.

Our guests share our love for sophisticated ocean travel as well as the exceptional service they receive at every stage of their journey. As one of our graduates, you’ll need to show a passion for the industry, the enthusiasm to learn and the desire to progress your career. Our programmes are designed to develop your professional, technical and commercial skills as you learn how we do what we do – and learn how to deliver unforgettable experiences across our brands.

Each programme will enable you to experience specific areas of the business through rotational placements. After two or three years (depending on your programme), you’ll be putting your interests, experience and newly developed skills into action by taking on a leadership role in your area. Not many graduate programmes give you the opportunity to see the world as well as develop your career - but we do. Outlines of our current programmes are below:
