Sally’s journey is nothing short of inspirational, drawing from her incredible life experiences as an endurance runner, adventure athlete, veteran, and mental health campaigner.
She is the only person in the world to have completed a marathon on every continent in fancy dress, each time as a different piece of fruit! This unique achievement gives you a taste of her vibrant and colourful personality.
With multiple Guinness World Records and world firsts under her belt, Sally has run over 80 marathons, completed 8 full Ironman triathlons, and served 22 years in the Royal Army Medical Corps as a Physiotherapy Officer, including an operational tour in Afghanistan.
Having faced severe depression and chronic anxiety herself, Sally speaks openly about her challenges to help remove the stigma associated with mental health. She encourages others to manage their well-being through healthy eating, physical activity, and a positive mindset.
Sally has captivated audiences worldwide, speaking at events for business groups, charities, schools, and corporate companies. Sally’s positive ‘can do’ attitude, infectious smile, and ability to engage people of all ages and backgrounds make her a truly inspiring figure.
Sally is also a passionate advocate for women, empowering them to break barriers and achieve their full potential. Her story is a testament to the strength and resilience of women everywhere, and she encourages others to support and uplift each other in their personal and professional lives.
