We’re a community of mariners and memory-makers, and we couldn’t do what we do without our inspiring leaders and the diverse skills of our colleagues. Empowering each other to do our best work, we set high expectations and have clear visibility of how our achievements impact business results. Our head office is in Southampton where almost 2,000 colleagues fill our ships with guests, design our product, make sure that our ship’s stores are fully stocked and chart a course across the oceans.
We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. P&O Cruises

Our amazing crew is proud to welcome our guests on board for holidays of a lifetime all across the world, combining cruise ship experiences and adventures on shore.
We’re proud to say that two in every three guests choose to sail with us again and we continue to win awards, voted for by guests and our travel agent partners.
We’ve seven spectacular ships in our fleet, each with their own appeal and itineraries. Whether it’s our family-friendly ships or those exclusively for adults, larger or a little more modest, packed with fleet favourites or some unique fleet exclusives, each ship has something for everyone.
Cunard
A Cunard ship feels like another world, yet is also as welcoming as home. From the very first greeting at embark to the way each stateroom steward greets guests by name, we believe great service is warm and sincere – it isn’t stuffy or hurried. It’s always friendly, but never over familiar.
Our voyages span the length and breadth of the globe and range from three nights to three months. Each offers ample opportunity to discover the unrivalled sense of freedom and possibility found on board, and the fascinating destinations and cultures guests and colleagues can explore.
Good day at CUK
Our employee-led networks – Athena (gender balance), Spectrum (LGBT+ & Friends), m’power (disabilities and health conditions) and REACH (Race Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) – alongside our community network; MVP (Military Veterans and Partners), champion diversity, equity and inclusion at Carnival UK by raising awareness and driving positive change.
We enjoy hybrid working and our fantastic Southampton-based head office – Carnival House – is just a short stroll from the city centre and cruise terminals. With an onsite restaurant offering healthy cooked and grab and go meals, Carnival House also features architect-designed collaboration spaces, tech-smart meeting rooms and bookable independent workstations, plus a huge atrium that hosts events and live performances. And our ships regularly sail past our windows; quite the sight to see!
