The votes have been counted and the results are in! Our Culture Essentials Awards celebrate and recognise colleagues who support our Culture Essentials by living the behaviours that demonstrate our ideal culture.

Team of the Year 2024
Cunard PR & Events Team

Our Team of the Year have been recognised for their incredible work to deliver the events that took place during Queen Anne’s inaugural week, showcasing Queen Anne to the world’s media, influencers, celebrities, and travel agents. 

Their prize is £5,000 to spend on an event to enjoy together. A huge congratulations to you all! 

Individual of the year 2024
Fiona Chalmers

Fiona received no less than five nominations for her work to reduce the amount of food waste in our supplier procurement process. 

By introducing us to an external partner who pick-up and safely redistribute surplus food to the community, she has helped us get one step closer to achieving our sustainability aspirations, while giving back to the local community and respecting and protecting our people – and the planet. 

Fiona’s prize is a two week cruise of her choice, on either a Cunard or P&O Cruises ship. Congratulations, Fiona!
